About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Provide therapy services in school and clinic settings
- Gain experience in both school-based and hybrid CF models
- Benefit from a dedicated 1:1 mentor and ongoing access to clinical leads
- Enjoy consistent, predictable paychecks throughout the year
- Work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with SLPs, OTs, and PTs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
- IVP Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Eligible for Arizona DHS SLP licensure & ADE SLP Certification
- Strong interest in pediatric populations

Pay
- School-Based CF: $83,800 total compensation
- Hybrid CF (School + Pediatric Outpatient/Home): $80,800 total compensation
Schedule
- 12-month salaried W-2 position
- Base salary paid evenly across the full year — including school breaks and summer
- Includes school holidays and breaks off
