About the Role

The Stepping Stones Group is hiring CCC-SLPs for in-person Clinical Fellow mentorship and supervision in Anoka Hennepin School District 11, St. Anoka, MN. You will receive unparalleled support, responsive clinical leadership, meaningful interactive opportunities, and access to exclusive content.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the school setting as an ASHA Certified SLP
• Maintains appropriate state license and ASHA CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience
• Completes at least two hours of professional development in the area of supervision after being awarded the CCC-SLP (SSG can provide if needed)

Responsibilities

• Prioritize on-site observation, with virtual methods used only as a supplement
• Minimum of 1-2 hours of in-person supervision each month (4 hours for full-time Clinical Fellows in California, 2 hours for part-time)
• Minimum of 1-2 hours of indirect clinical support (e.g., documentation review, meetings, sharing resources, etc.)
• Provide CF with mentorship needed to become an independent practitioner of SLP services
• Improve the clinical effectiveness of the Clinical Fellow through meaningful mentoring and feedback
• Assist the Clinical Fellow in developing independent clinical skills
• Complete all records, feedback, and ratings in a timely manner per 2020 Standard VII
• Provide opportunities to view and accurately rate all skills listed in the 2020 CFSI [PDF]
• Ensure minimum required on-site and in-person supervisory activities per segment for hours and weeks to count
• Adhere to professional and ethical best practices

Pay

The CF Mentor will receive a monthly stipend for each CF SLP being supervised.
