Position Overview Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a part-time role in a welcoming and supportive environment with availability to see students on weekdays during daytime and/or afternoon hours in the home, school, or center setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated support team and provide essential speech and language services to children. The hourly rate range for this role would be $65-90/hr based on experience in the field. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilitiesDevelop individualized treatment plans based on assessment resultsProvide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skillsCollaborate with staff and parents regularlyMaintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomesA willingness and passion for continued growth and learning Requirements Valid New York Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinicial fellows welcomePediatric/school-aged evaluation and treatment experience strongly preferred Strong Written and Verbal Communication SkillsAbility to work independently in various settings and as part of a collaborative teamValid Licensure and reliable transportation Benefits WHY JOIN DRAGONFLY CARES?
