About the role
The Speech Language Pathologists at our clinic work to improve the lives of children and families by enhancing their communication skills and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions in various treatment areas including a large sensory motor gym, mock apartment, and private rooms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the needs of each patient.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing creative approaches to therapy.
- Resolve challenging situations and maintain a positive therapeutic relationship with patients and families.
- Motivate to meet productivity targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
- Wisconsin State Licensure through DSPS
- Not currently hiring Certified Facilitators (CF)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to resolve difficult situations and maintain professional relationships
- Motivation to achieve productivity goals and support company growth
