The Speech Language Pathologists at our clinic work to improve the lives of children and families by enhancing their communication skills and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions in various treatment areas including a large sensory motor gym, mock apartment, and private rooms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the needs of each patient.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing creative approaches to therapy.
• Resolve challenging situations and maintain a positive therapeutic relationship with patients and families.
• Motivate to meet productivity targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
• Wisconsin State Licensure through DSPS
• Not currently hiring Certified Facilitators (CF)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to resolve difficult situations and maintain professional relationships
• Motivation to achieve productivity goals and support company growth
