What You’ll Do
- Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, and swallowing skills
- Review medical history and conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled, evidence-based speech-language therapy services
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate parents, caregivers, and families to support carryover of skills at home
- Maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment
- Address client or employee concerns professionally and in accordance with policy
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (preferred)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative environment
Physical Requirements
- Medium work, including the ability to occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force, frequently up to 30 pounds of force, and constantly up to 10 pounds of force
