Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Perform person‑centered evaluations and develop individualized care plans for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver both individual and group therapy to enhance residents' functional outcomes and quality of life.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress thoroughly and accurately.
• Participate in care conferences, educate families and staff on communication and swallowing strategies, and support clinical improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorder treatments.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
