About the role

Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their interdisciplinary team. The position offers a capped caseload structure, flexible scheduling options, and comprehensive benefits including a 401k with company matching.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting evaluations and developing diagnoses, treatment plans, and measurable goals
  • Providing direct speech, language, and feeding therapy services
  • Modifying treatment plans based on progress and changing needs
  • Documenting services in accordance with organizational requirements
  • Communicating with families, service coordinators, and other stakeholders regarding progress and outcomes
  • Supporting students or clinical fellows as requested

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Indiana SLP license through IPLA
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel between work locations in the Indianapolis area as scheduled
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based pediatric interventions
  • Experience developing and adapting treatment plans aligned with family goals
  • Clear, compassionate communication with children, families, and professionals
  • Strong organization and time management for effective caseload management
  • Comfort with clinical documentation and basic computer systems

  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Passion for pediatric therapy

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
