We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Position Overview" and "Essential Functions", "Required Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "HYBRID MODEL", "Other Requirements", benefits paragraph. Also "Ignite your desire..." is fluff, maybe part of About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Position Overview (could be About the role) - Essential Functions (Responsibilities) - Required Qualifications (Qualifications) - Preferred Qualifications (maybe Skills? but could be Qualifications) - HYBRID MODEL (Schedule) - Other Requirements (maybe Requirements? but could be part of Qualifications) - Benefits paragraph (Benefits) - Pay? Not mentioned explicitly. There's "Enjoy industry-leading pay, rewards, referral bonuses and paid time-off." That mentions pay but not specific numbers. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does mention pay generically, but not specific. Should we include Pay section? The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "industry-leading pay". That's a statement about pay, albeit vague. Is that enough? Likely yes, we can include a Pay section with that statement. However they said avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "industry-leading pay" is not filler but still vague. Might be okay. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine Pay with Benefits? Could have Benefits section that includes pay mention. But they said separate sections for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. If we include Pay, we need to have content. We have "Enjoy industry-leading pay, rewards, referral bonuses and paid time-off." That's about pay and rewards. Could be placed in Pay section. Benefits section could include medical, dental, vision, discounted onsite childcare, student enrollment priority, retirement plans, promotion opportunities, training, mentoring, tuition reimbursement. That's substantive. Schedule: HYBRID MODEL description: four-day on campus, one day remote work schedule, remote days must be approved etc. That's schedule. Thus we can have sections: About the role (Position Overview), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Qualifications (Required Qualifications + Preferred Qualifications maybe combined), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Or we could split Qualifications into Required and Preferred but that would be thin. Better combine. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate like "Ignite your desire to be the best!" etc. That's fluff but maybe part of About the role? It's marketing fluff. Should we keep? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The fluff "Ignite your desire..." is not boilerplate but is promotional. It's substantive? It's not essential job info. Might be considered fluff but not prohibited. However we could include it in About the role as prose. It's okay. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    About the role

Position Overview As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to change lives through education by providing speech and language therapy services and specialized support that helps students improve their communication and learning skills.

But we might duplicate "Position Overview". Could combine. Better:

Qualifications: We have Required Qualifications: Master’s or higher degree in the field; Meeting requirements based on state: AZ: ADHS license and ADE PreK–12 SLP Certification; NV: NDE Endorsement for Speech and Language Impairments; TX: TDLR State License; SC: SC Department of LLR SLP License and SCDE SLP Educator Certificate; incumbent must pass criminal history background check. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence – SLP. We can combine into a list.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s or higher degree in the field.
    • State-specific licensure/certification:
      • AZ: ADHS license and ADE PreK–12 SLP Certification
      • NV: NDE Endorsement for Speech and Language Impairments
      • TX: TDLR State License
      • SC: SC Department of LLR SLP License and SCDE SLP Educator Certificate
    • Must pass a criminal history background check.
    • Preferred: Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
    • Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence – SLP.
But nested lists maybe okay. However instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Nested lists still okay. Benefits: We have: Enjoy industry-leading pay, rewards, referral bonuses and paid time-off. Care for your health and your family with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, discounted onsite childcare and student enrollment priority. Invest in your future with retirement plans and enhance your growth with promotion opportunities, training, mentoring, and tuition reimbursement. We could split into Benefits and Pay. But we have pay mention in benefits paragraph. Could create Benefits section that includes health, dental, vision, childcare, enrollment priority, retirement, promotion, training, mentoring, tuition reimbursement. Pay section could include industry-leading pay, rewards, referral bonuses, paid time-off. Let's do:

      Benefits

      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
      • Discounted onsite childcare
      • Student enrollment priority
      • Retirement plans
      • Promotion opportunities
      • Training and mentoring
      • Tuition reimbursement

      Pay

      • Industry-leading pay
      • Rewards and referral bonuses
      • Paid time-off
      Schedule:

      Schedule

Hybrid model: four days on campus, one day remote work schedule. Remote days must be approved by the principal in advance, are limited to non‑student‑facing work such as report writing and compliance documentation, and must not interfere with testing, IEP meetings, or urgent student needs.

We might also include Other Requirements (physical demands) but could be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications? It's about physical demands. Could be a separate section "Requirements". But we already have Qualifications. Could add a section "Requirements" for physical demands. However we want few substantive sections. Physical demands is substantive. Could add a section "Requirements". But we already used Qualifications for licensure etc. Could rename Qualifications to "Qualifications & Requirements". But instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could have both Requirements and Qualifications. But that may be thin. However physical demands is a separate category. Let's add a section "Requirements" for physical demands and other requirements (like ability to stand/sit, see, hear, etc). That is substantive. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check for duplication: Responsibilities already includes physical demands like lifting, sitting, standing, moving, traveling, participating in events. The Other Requirements section repeats similar physical demands. Might be redundant. But we should preserve all substantive information; not remove unless duplicated lines. The physical demands are listed in "Other Requirements" and also some in Responsibilities (lifting, sitting, standing, moving, traveling, participating in events). There's overlap but not exact duplicate. We could keep both but maybe combine. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can keep both but
