Responsibilities

  • Work independently to manage caseload and complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists to provide a holistic approach to therapy.
  • Work with a diverse group of children, ranging from birth to 21 years of age, tailoring each treatment to meet their unique needs.
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling, with hours ranging Monday-Friday from 8 am-8 pm.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
  • High communication level, great self-control, and enjoyment of working with others.
  • Willingness to work with other divisions of the organization on schedule prediction, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
