Responsibilities
- Work independently to manage caseload and complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists to provide a holistic approach to therapy.
- Work with a diverse group of children, ranging from birth to 21 years of age, tailoring each treatment to meet their unique needs.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling, with hours ranging Monday-Friday from 8 am-8 pm.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- A desire for continuous learning and growth.
- 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
- High communication level, great self-control, and enjoyment of working with others.
- Willingness to work with other divisions of the organization on schedule prediction, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
