About This Role
Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as a Speech Language Pathologist and help patients improve communication, swallowing, and overall function. In this role, you will work with patients and families across Hillsboro and Friendship, providing individualized evaluation, treatment, and education. Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients based on individual learning needs and functional goals.
- Provide education and intervention using task analysis to support optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with a variety of professionals and communicate the value of speech therapy services.
- Complete documentation according to departmental standards to support patient care and reimbursement.
- Meet standards of practice according to federal, state, and professional association guidelines.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
- No experience required.
- Speech Language Pathology license for the state of Wisconsin (required).
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology required within 18 months of hire after 1 year fellowship.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification (required).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay
Competitive hourly pay range of $38.38 to $60.74, based on years of experience.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Travel required between Hillsboro and Friendship, with mileage reimbursed.
