The ideal candidate will provide therapy services to support students’ communication, language, and social skills throughout the school year. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needsCollaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teamsDocument progress and maintain compliance with state and district requirementsSupport inclusive practices within the classroom environment Qualifications: Valid New Jersey SLP License and/or CCC‑SLP credential (required)Master’s degree in Speech‑Language PathologyExperience working in school‑based settings preferredStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification.
