Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

Birch Agency is seeking Full-Time Speech Language Pathologists to work in person with students in Philadelphia, PA (pre‑K through high school). Positions are full‑time, interviews are being held as soon as possible, and a $3,000 sign‑on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Screen new students for Speech/Language disorders
• Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine the degree and severity
• Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities
• Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines
• Attend IEP Meetings
• Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary
• Consult with Teachers
• Work as a part of the Special Ed team
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech and Communication
• PA School based Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure/Certification
• ASHA Certification
