About the role
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026-27 school year in grades K-12 in Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed SLPs in providing speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure effective communication
- Document all services provided in accordance with state regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using speech-language software and equipment
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay
$30.00 - $40.00 hourly, inclusive of nontaxable stipends converted to an hourly rate based on a 35 - 40 hour work week.
Schedule
Full-time position for the 2026-27 school year.
