Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, depending on assignment, location, and experience.
$50–$60 Per HourGuaranteed PayAt Boothby, you're paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled. Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control.

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
Active Maine SLP License or eligibility
School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
Support students with: Articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, social/pragmatic communication, fluency disorders, voice disorders, AAC and assistive communication needs, adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
Qualifications
