Speech Assistant Coach
Windom Area Schools is seeking a Speech Assistant Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.
About the role
The Speech Assistant Coach will support students with speech and language needs, assist in therapy sessions, and provide additional instructional support as needed. The position also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students with speech and language needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes

Benefits
Union contract salary stipend of $2,719.
