About the role
Summit Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide home-based services to individuals supported through New Jersey DDD.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions in natural environments
- Build strong rapport with clients and families
- Offer functional communication and participation-focused therapy
- Work within a streamlined documentation system
- Receive therapist referral bonuses
Requirements
- Active New Jersey SLP license
- Active CPR Certification
- ASHA CCC preferred
- Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and independent work ability
