Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) **$10,000 SIGNING BONUS**

About the role

This is a non-represented position (no union affiliation). The department is Maintenance & Operations. Hours of work are Sunday - Saturday afternoon shift, with an example schedule of 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Repair welding on heavy and light duty equipment with some fabrication.
• Occasional mechanical repair on both light and heavy equipment.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school or equivalent and completion of an approved journeyman mechanic, welding, apprenticeship, training program (maximum two years experience credit).
• A minimum of three (3) years of automotive, construction equipment, truck or transit bus repair and maintenance as appropriate, of which two (2) years must be on heavy diesels, and one (1) year of experience must have been at the journeyman level.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Current Class B, Commercial Driver's License by completion of 1040 hour probationary period.
• Experience with heavy equipment welding with MIG, TIG, Shielded Metal Arc and Gas.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems in reference to heavy and light duty equipment.
