Responsibilities
- Write and implement all components of an IEP
- Use a variety of reading and math strategies to meet the needs of exceptional students
- Schedule teaching, assessments, IEP meetings, and professional collaboration to meet all local, state, and federal requirements for special needs students
- Communicate effectively with parents and hold structured IEP meetings to meet all requirements
- Think critically, collaborate, and use students' academic performance data to make accurate decisions to meet students' needs
- Maintain regular attendance
- Interact with students
