- Hold an associates degree or higher; OR
- Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR
- Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment

Responsibilities
- Work with small groups of students for the purpose of reinforcing skills, answering questions, and providing constructive academic feedback
- Serve as a positive role model for young children
- Maintain excellent attendance

- Work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned work-related duties
