Responsibilities
- Write and implement all components of an IEP(Individual Education Plan)
- Use a variety of reading and math strategies to meet the needs of exceptional students
- Schedule teaching, assessments, IEP meetings, and professional collaboration to meet all local, state, and federal requirements for special needs students
- Hold structured IEP meetings to meet all requirements
- Make accurate decisions using students' academic performance data to meet students' needs
- Maintain regular attendance
- Interact with students
Requirements
- Able to write and implement all components of an IEP(Individual Education Plan)
- Strong organizational skills, able to schedule teaching, assessments, IEP meetings, and professional collaboration
- Strong communicator with parents
- Knowledge of Special Education
