Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED
• Experience: 1 year in a fast paced work environment, 6 months in a customer service role.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and website navigation, good written and verbal communication skills, positive, professional attitude and demeanor.
• Other Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented, organized, able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment, maintain composure while working under pressure, critical thinking, problem solving skills, decisive judgment and follow through.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience working with an electronic medical record system, such as Epic.
• Maintain composure while working under pressure; ability to perform job duties with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
