Specimen Kit Associate

What You'll Do Maintain a working knowledge of different types of collection tubes and kits, e.g., blood collection tubes, aliquotsMaintain kitting department and create an organized workflow to ensure accurate kit buildingAssemble kits and all required documentation; participate in the quality control process of the kits according to the lab kit specifications and company SOPsFulfill kit orders in conjunction with Project Management to ensure on-time deliveryAssist in tracking of kits and inventory management as requestedAttend meetings as needed What You'll Bring Ability to lift upwards of 30 pounds when handling materials/suppliesMust have knowledge of telephone, fax machine, copier, and other general office equipmentUnderstanding the workings of a kit building departmentAble to work in a regulated environmentAbility to follow SOPs with attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate information associated with assigned tasksAbility to analyze and problem-solve basic issuesAbility to stand/walk/sit for extended periods of timeAbility to work in team environmentHigh School diploma or GEDAble to work in high volume environmentsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesExperience in CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical, or related fields preferred but not requiredGlobal knowledge of Laboratory Kitting Services preferred but not required Why CTI?
