Responsibilities

• Work with the design team to select appropriate materials and systems for various project types including commercial, healthcare, aviation, education and data centers
• Write project specifications from Corgan master specifications and compile project manuals
• Aid the design team with technical guidance during construction contract administration
• Conduct product research and evaluation
• Provide technical design assistance
• Support construction contract administration for design studio staff
• Mentor design studio technical staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience in the design & construction industry
• 3 years experience as Specifications Writer
• Experience in one or more of our market sectors (commercial, healthcare, aviation, education, data centers, and interiors) is highly preferred
• Licensed architect, CSI CCS, or CSI CCCA preferred

• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Experience with project management software

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
