We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where there is real content. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. We have content: Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $20.00 USD per hour. That's pay info. So we need a Pay section with that detail. We have "ALL ABOUT TARGET" and "ALL ABOUT STYLE" describing role. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" includes description of role. We'll create an About the role section with that prose. Responsibilities: there is a list after "As a Style Consultant, No Two Days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:" then bullet-like sentences. We'll put those in
  • . Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: There's "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" with bullet-like statements. Also "We Are An Awesome Place To Work..." includes physical requirements etc. Those could be Requirements or Qualifications. We'll decide: maybe Requirements section includes the bullet list under WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. Skills maybe separate? But we can combine. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications/skills), Pay, Benefits (we have benefits link). Schedule? Not explicitly stated besides flexible schedule mention. There's mention: "You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times)." Also later: "Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary." That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that. Benefits: we have link to benefits eligibility. So we can include Benefits section with that link. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove navigation etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting: description of Target, Style Consultant role, responsibilities list, what we are looking for list, physical requirements, etc. Also the starting hourly rate. We need to ensure we don't invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include each bullet point exactly as given (maybe rephrase? but must preserve info). We'll copy sentences. We need to avoid placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We'll output HTML fragment only. Structure:

    About the role

... (combined description from ALL ABOUT TARGET and ALL ABOUT STYLE plus maybe the paragraph about building skills).

    • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
    • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
We might also include Skills section but we already covered many. To avoid thin sections, we can combine skills into Requirements. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. That's six sections. Pay: Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $20.00 USD per hour. We'll put that in

under Pay. Benefits: Provide link. Schedule: mention flexible schedule. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. The schedule info appears also in Requirements (flexible work schedule). Might be okay but we could move schedule details to Schedule section and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can keep it in both places? Duplication might be considered redundant but not prohibited. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplicate identical lines. The schedule info appears twice: once in WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR bullet: "You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times)." And later: "Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary." Those are similar but not identical. Could be considered duplicate-ish but not exact. Safer to keep both? Might be considered duplicated lines? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. If they are not exactly identical, maybe okay. But we could consolidate schedule info into Schedule section and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. However we would lose the "You are open to..." bullet which is a requirement about openness to flexible schedule. That's a requirement. So we need to keep that as a requirement. The later sentence about flexible work schedule and reliable attendance is more about expectation. Could be considered part of Requirements as well. To avoid duplication, we could keep only one schedule-related bullet in Requirements and put the other in Schedule section. Let's decide: Keep the "You are open to working a flexible work schedule..." bullet in Requirements (as it's a candidate attribute). Keep the "Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary." in Schedule section. Thus we will have Schedule section with that sentence. Now Benefits: we have two URLs: https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits and https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_A plus Spanish version. We'll include both as links. We must not include application instructions etc. Now craft About the role paragraph: combine ALL ABOUT TARGET and ALL ABOUT STYLE plus the paragraph about building skills. Let's extract: "ALL ABOUT TARGET Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. Learn more about Target here." "ALL ABOUT STYLE A team of consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are at and deliver for them through strong operations, incredible guest experience and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. A Style Consultant is passionate about strong operations and providing an incredible guest experience, that brings the energy of style to life with compelling in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room. Ensuring the floor is set full with the right product, accurately priced and signed on the salesfloor with the right sizes, styles, and colors. At Target, We Believe In Our Team Members Having Meaningful Experiences That Help Them Build And Develop Skills For a Career. The Role Of a Style Consultant Can Provide You With The Skills And Experiences Of: Our guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic visual merchandising Industry trends including style, seasonality, and brand differentiation Set, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guest" We'll combine into a coherent paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. Now produce HTML. Check for any boilerplate: "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) In compliance with state and federal laws, Target will make reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. If a reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, please reach out to candidate.accommodations@HRHelp.Target.com. Non-accommodation-related requests, such as application follow-ups or technical issues, will not be addressed through this channel. Applications for this role are accepted on an ongoing basis and there is no application deadline. Las solicitudes para este puesto se aceptan de forma continua y no hay fecha límite de solicitud." This is boilerplate/EEO/application instructions; we must remove. Also remove "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits." That's benefits info; we keep the link but maybe we should keep the sentence? It's part of benefits description. We can keep a short sentence: "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits." plus the eligibility link. That's substantive. We'll include Benefits section with that sentence and the eligibility link. Now produce
