We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "ALL ABOUT TARGET", "ALL ABOUT STYLE", responsibilities list, "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR", benefits link. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. We have Pay: Starting Hourly Rate $16.00 USD per hour. So we can have Pay section. Schedule: Not explicitly given; mentions flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). That's schedule info. So we can have Schedule section. Benefits: They provide a link to benefits eligibility. So we can have Benefits section with that link. About the role: Could be the "ALL ABOUT TARGET" and "ALL ABOUT STYLE" paragraphs describing role. We'll put that in About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet list after "As a Style Consultant, No Two Days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:" then many sentences. We'll extract each as list items. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" with bullet-like sentences. Also later "We Are An Awesome Place To Work..." includes physical requirements etc. Those could be Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide. We have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can split: Requirements (maybe physical/availability), Qualifications (experience/knowledge), Skills (specific abilities). But we must not create empty sections. We'll try to allocate content. Let's parse content: - "ALL ABOUT TARGET" paragraph: description of Target vision. - "ALL ABOUT STYLE": description of Style Consultant role. - Then responsibilities list (multiple sentences). We'll make
  • each sentence. - "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" paragraph: includes bullet-like sentences: "You enjoy interacting and helping others..." etc. We'll treat as Requirements or Qualifications? Could be Requirements. - Then "The Good News Is That We Have Some Amazing Training..." then "But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go:" list: Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; Welcoming and helpful attitude; Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.; Effective communication skills; Work both independently and with a team; Resolve guest questions quickly; Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. That's clearly Skills. - Then "We Are An Awesome Place To Work And Care About Our Teams, So We Want To Make Sure We Are Clear On a Few More Basics That We Expect:" list: Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; Climb up and down ladders; Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others.; Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary.; Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.; Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary). These are Requirements (physical/availability). Could also be Qualifications but we have Qualifications maybe empty. We could put Qualifications as empty? Not allowed. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Requirements (physical). We have content for Skills. We have content for Responsibilities. We have Pay. We have Schedule. We have Benefits. We have About the role. We could omit Qualifications if no specific content distinct from Requirements/Skills. The "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" could be considered Qualifications (personal attributes). But we already have Skills list. Might treat "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" as Qualifications. Let's assign: - About the role: combine ALL ABOUT TARGET and ALL ABOUT STYLE. - Responsibilities: the list after typical day. - Qualifications: the "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" bullet-like sentences. - Skills: the list after "But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go:". - Requirements: the physical/availability list after "We Are An Awesome Place To Work...". - Pay: Starting Hourly Rate $16.00. - Schedule: mention flexible work schedule (already in Requirements but also schedule). Could be separate Schedule section: "Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary." plus ability to remain mobile for duration of shift. We'll put schedule info there. - Benefits: link. We must avoid duplication. If we put schedule info also in Requirements, we should avoid duplicate. Let's move schedule-specific sentences to Schedule section, and keep Requirements focusing on physical demands (lifting, ladders, cash register, scanning, temperature exposure, mobility). But mobility is also schedule? Actually "Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)" is schedule-related. We'll put that in Schedule. Thus Requirements: Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; Climb up and down ladders; Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others.; Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc. Schedule: Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary.; Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary). Now Benefits: Provide link. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings

    for each section. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We have some boilerplate like "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) In compliance..." that's EEO; we should remove. Also "Applications for this role are accepted on an ongoing basis..." that's application instructions; remove. Also Spanish duplicate; remove. Also "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits." That's benefits info but we already have link; we can keep that as prose? It's not duplicated; it's substantive. We'll keep it maybe as part of Benefits section. Also "Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url into your preferred browser to learn about benefits eligibility for this role: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_A | Pegue esta URL en su navegador preferido para obtener información sobre la elegibilidad de este puesto para recibir beneficios: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_A" That's duplicated; we should keep only one instance? We'll keep the URL and maybe a short prose: "Learn about benefits eligibility: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_A". We'll not duplicate Spanish. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

      About the role

ALL ABOUT TARGET ... ALL ABOUT STYLE ...

We need to combine the two paragraphs into one

maybe with line breaks? We'll keep as one paragraph containing both. Then

      Responsibilities

      • Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
      • Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, & use to solve & support guest needs.
      • Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
      • Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
      • Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floorpad.
      • Execute & maintain backroom organization, inclusive of locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, & guest requests.
      • Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
      • Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, inclusive of signing execution.
      • Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
      • Support fulfillment and guest’s needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.
      • Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
      • Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
      • Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
      • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
      • When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
      • Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
      • All other duties based on business needs
Note: The last item "All other duties based on business needs" is from the end; keep. Now

      Qualifications

      • You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
      • You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
      • You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).
But note the third item mentions flexible work schedule; we moved schedule to Schedule section. However it's part of Qualifications originally. To avoid duplication, we could keep it in Qualifications but then Schedule would be duplicate. Better to keep schedule in Schedule section and remove from Qualifications. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can't discard it. We could keep it in Qualifications but also have Schedule section with same info? That would be duplication. We need to avoid duplication. So we need to decide where to place schedule info. Since we have a Schedule section, we should put schedule-specific info there, and not duplicate in Qualifications. So we will omit the schedule sentence from Qualifications. But then we lose that piece of info. However we could rephrase Qualifications to exclude schedule but still keep other two items. That would lose the schedule info. But we have schedule info elsewhere, so it's preserved overall. That's acceptable: we are not losing info, just moving it. So Qualifications will have two items. Thus Qualifications:
      • You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
      • You thrive in a fast-moving
