We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. First part: "Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.75 USD per hour". That's pay info. So we need a Pay section with that. Then "ALL ABOUT TARGET Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. Learn more about Target here." That's about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "ALL ABOUT TARGET" is generic about Target. Could be "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have "ALL ABOUT STYLE" describing the role of Style Consultant. That's about the role. So we can put that under About the role. Then "As a Style Consultant, No Two Days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:" followed by bullet-like sentences. Those are responsibilities. Then "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR This may be the right job for you if:" then bullet list of traits. Those could be Requirements or Qualifications or Skills. The posting includes "The Good News Is That We Have Some Amazing Training..." then "But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go:" then list of skills. So we have Skills section. Then "We Are An Awesome Place To Work And Care About Our Teams, So We Want To Make Sure We Are Clear On a Few More Basics That We Expect:" then list of physical requirements etc. Those could be Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll need to decide. We also have benefits link: "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits. Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url..." So we have benefits info (link). So we can include Benefits section with that link. Schedule: The posting mentions flexible work schedule, varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). Also "Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary." So we have schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Pay we have. Now we need to avoid boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) In compliance..." that's legal/EEO boilerplate; we should remove. Also "Applications for this role are accepted on an ongoing basis..." that's application instructions; remove. Also Spanish duplicate lines? There's Spanish translation of some bits; we should keep substantive info but not duplicate? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should keep only one language version? Probably keep English version; remove Spanish duplicate lines. Also "Learn more about Target here." maybe keep as part of About the role. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as given, but we can format into HTML. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure: Use

for each section heading. Inside each section, use

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to decide which content goes where. About the role: Combine "ALL ABOUT TARGET" paragraph and "ALL ABOUT STYLE" paragraphs (maybe two paragraphs). Could be one

for each. Responsibilities: The list after "As a Style Consultant, No Two Days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:" then sentences each starting with a verb. We'll make each as

  • . Requirements: Could be the "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR This may be the right job for you if:" bullet list (traits). Also maybe the physical requirements list under "We Are An Awesome Place To Work..." but those are more like requirements/qualifications. However we already have Skills section for the skills list. So we can put the traits under Requirements, and the physical requirements under Qualifications? Or we could combine. Let's think: The posting has: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR This may be the right job for you if: - You enjoy interacting and helping others... - You thrive in a fast-moving... - You are open to working a flexible work schedule... - The Good News Is That We Have Some Amazing Training... - But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go: * Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories * Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members * Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed. * Effective communication skills * Work both independently and with a team * Resolve guest questions quickly * Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes Then after that: "We Are An Awesome Place To Work And Care About Our Teams, So We Want To Make Sure We Are Clear On a Few More Basics That We Expect:" - Accurately handle cash register operations as needed - Climb up and down ladders - Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others. - Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary. - Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc. - Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary). Thus we have two sets: first set includes traits and skills; second set includes basic expectations (physical, schedule). We could map: - Requirements: the "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" bullet list (traits) maybe plus the training note? The training note is not a requirement but a benefit. We'll keep it as part of Requirements? Might be better to put training note under Benefits? Actually it's about training provided; could be part of Benefits or Qualifications. But we have a Benefits section already for benefits link. The training note is not a benefit but something they provide. Could be part of "Qualifications" (what they provide). However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we need to follow headings list; we can omit sections if no real specific content. We have content for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Let's decide: - Requirements: the "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" bullet list (traits) plus maybe the flexible work schedule note? But schedule is separate. - Qualifications: maybe the "We Are An Awesome Place To Work..." list (physical requirements). Could be considered qualifications. - Skills: the list under "But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go:" (skills). Thus we have three sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Now Benefits: we have link to benefits and description "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits." plus the eligibility URL. We'll include that as

with link. Pay: Starting Hourly Rate $16.75 USD per hour. Schedule: flexible work schedule, varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). Also "Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary." and "Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)." We'll combine. Now we need to remove duplicated lines: there are Spanish duplicates of some bits (like "Las solicitudes para este puesto se aceptan de forma continua y no hay fecha límite de solicitud.") and the Spanish version of benefits eligibility URL. We'll remove those. Also remove "Learn more about Target here." maybe keep as part of About the role. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft. Start with

But note we need to preserve all substantive information; we should not lose any details. The above paragraphs capture the "ALL ABOUT TARGET" and "ALL ABOUT STYLE".
