Specialty Pharmacy Technician - Las Vegas, NV
Primary Responsibilities
- Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information;
- Fill & pick up prescriptions;
- Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues;
- Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion);
- Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Nevada;
- 2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician;
- Ability to always wear a mask during shift if not vaccinated for flu and COVID-19;
- Must be 18 years of age OR older;
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications;
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB);
- Bilingual in Spanish and English;
Pay
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
