Position Summary

We are open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and closed on the weekends and for national holidays. We are seeking someone who will work full time.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Focus on refill calls, set up deliveries to patients, answer phones, and process, fill, and ring out prescriptions.
  • Work closely with others to process prior authorizations, copay assistance, and benefits verification.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
  • Valid Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Massachusetts

Qualifications

  • National Certification PTCB or ExCPT
  • Hight School Diploma or Equivalent

Skills

Motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills along with the ability to learn new operating systems, pharmacology, and medical technology.
