Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug InsuranceHealth and Wellness IncentivesPaid Vacation and Holidays401(k) with Cargill matching contributionsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Short-Term Disability and Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Operate all equipment associated with the process, blowers, conditioners, extruders, cutters, dryers, grinders, packaging equipment, truck unload and load out and rail load out.Operate Extrusion & Flour Process EquipmentOperate Fine Grind Truck Load out and Soy Flour Truck/Rail load out.Monitor/observe Extrusion Equipment and Fine Grind Truck lead-out.Monitor soy flake grinding and soy lecithin applicationsEnsure accurate information of scale weights and transactions are recorded daily.Collect and process flour mill and extrusion samples using various lab equipment to obtain and record values on a computer spreadsheet.Move packaged product using a forklift.Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.Maintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipBe 18 years or olderAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Basic computer skillsAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance noticeMechanical aptitude Preferred Qualifications Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systemsPrior experience in production related workExperience operating forklifts and/or similar equipmentExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAPWorking experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office, and Outlook Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
