Specialty Manager/ Nursing Homes

Job summary

The Specialty Manager oversees the Nursing Home Division’s team of specialty providers and consultants, ensuring that clinical services are aligned with facility needs and organizational performance goals. This role provides leadership and oversight to both specialists and their supporting Clinical Assistants (CAs), ensuring visit targets are met, documentation is complete, and billing processes are timely. The Specialty Manager acts as the primary liaison between specialty services and facility leadership, driving quality, efficiency, and accountability across all consultative disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Medical School Degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence when speaking to clinicians and business leaders
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills to give team direction
• Aware of and complies with E&M Guidelines for Nursing Home Care
• Able to navigate various EHR systems
