Overview Of The Role

This position involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or the direction of a licensed professional nurse. The role requires maintaining professional accountability and coordinating patient care across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following established protocols and standards.
• Aid in coordinating care with other healthcare departments.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and licensure.
• Current LPN license valid in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or department-specific credentials may be necessary.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and reaching.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
