Specialty Equipment Tech

The Specialty Equipment Technician is responsible for the packaging and shipping of CPAP & Bilevel devices in a warehouse setting. This employee uses company resources, policies, and procedures to provide excellent customer service. They will use appropriate technologies and follow processes in accordance with company standards to ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness. Job Responsibilities Prepares and ships CPAP/Bilevel equipmentEnsures proper packaging to avoid damage of equipment in transitKeeps daily inventory of devicesProper communication with management on pending orders and inventory statusMaintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage areaFollows applicable policies and procedures of the company, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual including but not limited to General Safety, OSHA, and Emergency PlanningRepresents the company through professional personal appearance, actions, and patient care activitiesMay serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeismMay be required to work overtime and/or on Saturdays to ensure orders are fulfilled for the month
