Specialty Control Room Operator/with MA 2nd Class Engineer License

About the role

This position leads and directs employees and reports to the shift supervisor. You will oversee and direct the operation of the facility, monitor the status of all facility systems on a continuous basis, respond to alarms by taking appropriate corrective actions, and execute facility shut-down and start-up procedures. The role ensures the facility meets its generating requirements while operating in a safe and environmentally efficient manner.

Requirements

• MA 2nd Class Engineers License
• Ability to work overtime as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays with minimum notice

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $49.50. Overtime is paid at time and a half. $10,000 sign-on bonus.
