About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Specialty Business Manager who loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients and collaborating with the clinical team. Your primary role is to provide exceptional patient experience while being the administrative leader of the Oral Surgery Team.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Collaboration with experienced professionals in our corporate and operations management teams
• Versatility in working with analytical and financial data, including budgets, financial plans, and reports
• Using information systems tools and reports
• Good judgment and a strong ability to work with people such as team members, patients, and management
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for seeing the company’s business constantly improve
• Lead strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
