Specialty Banker - Cage Operations
About the role
The incumbent is responsible for the assigned bank and enforcing accounting controls to safeguard the company’s assets under the direction of the Director Cash Operations. The role requires adherence to department policies and procedures, maintaining integrity of the Cage operation, and compliance with Federal Title 31 procedures.
Responsibilities
- Balance and issue Banks to Team Members
- Apply accurate transaction and balancing practices
- Participate in the daily cage reconciliation process
- Prepare paperwork, balance sheets and documents in accordance with S&P's
- Signed all documents legibly and in accordance with S&P's
- Strictly adhere to department policies and procedures in order to maintain integrity of the Cage operation
- Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Strong cash handling and counting skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals
- Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment while adhering to strict guidelines and controls
