Specialty Account Manager

About the role

This is a field sales role that will be traveling across the majority of New Jersey between Monday and Friday. You will partner with our team to establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in your designated sales territory, driving growth and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in designated sales territory/region.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet personal and Company goals.
• Formulate a quarterly business plan to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals.
• Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers.
• Develop and regularly update a territory routing plan to optimize efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing to new business/customers.
• Educate referral sources on all CSI services, customer needs, benefits, and effectively communicate CSI differentiators.

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Sales or equivalent experience.
• Home infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience (a major plus).
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance coverage, and access to a reliable automobile.
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment (includes medical and recreational marijuana).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

Base Salary: $70K - $100K (DOE). Uncapped monthly commission opportunity.
