Specialties Installer

About the role

You’ll install a wide range of company products according to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and any other products sold by the company.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure your truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Handle any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes (this is a safety-sensitive position).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.

Travel Requirements

• Local daily travel to job sites.
• Occasional out-of-town travel as required.

Pay

Compensation range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
