About the role
This position is scheduled to work mornings from 7:45 AM - 11:45 AM on Wednesday mornings.
Responsibilities
- Teach art to elementary grades
- Prepare and present lesson plans
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Supervise students during class and extracurricular activities
- Maintain classroom materials and supplies
Requirements / Qualifications
- Single Subject: Foundation Level Art Credential or able to obtain CTE Art Credential
- Resume
- Letter of Introduction
- Three (3) current letters of recommendation
- Copy of your credential and license
Qualifications
- Must have a valid California teaching credential
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of art education standards and best practices

Pay
Single Rate: $40.60 per hour
Schedule
4 hours per week, 11 months per year
