Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining strong organizational skills.
  • Effectively multi-task and manage multiple situations in a dynamic environment.
  • Engage with children in physical activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Communicate clearly with children and parents in English.
  • Assume postures at low levels to maintain physical and visual contact with children.

Requirements

  • Possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
  • Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency.
  • Demonstrate sufficient visual and auditory acuity to ensure children’s safety.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
