About the role

Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.

Support your center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Responsibilities

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements tailored to each child’s needs
  • Create and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment
  • Collaborate with parents to provide optimal care and education
  • Support center goals for enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency
  • Able to maintain visual and auditory contact with children to ensure safety
  • Capable of engaging in physical activity with children, including assuming low postures
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents
