SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT - ENGLISH AND WRITING

Part-time position for 35 hours per week (178 contract days).

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students across a wide variety of content areas and grade levels.
• Serve as a key support figure in The Mine, the school's media/academic tutoring center, assisting students with coursework, test preparation, and study skills.
• Supervise students enrolled in study hall.
• Oversee The Mine space when the media specialist is unavailable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English OR History or related field.
