Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, demonstrating deep product knowledge and staying updated on offerings.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure positive interactions and engagement.
  • Uphold and execute all company customer service initiatives.
  • Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory.
  • Maintain floor movement, merchandising, displays, and overall store cleanliness.
  • Organize the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling, logical placement, and cleanliness.
  • Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong sales experience with a proven ability to achieve top individual sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods or move around the sales floor and warehouse.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs.
  • Bilingual ability is a plus.

Pay
