About the Role

As a Specialized Advisor at Oakley, you will support the management team by demonstrating superior sales behaviors and leadership on the floor, fostering a positive work environment, and executing processes and operational goals in accordance with company standards. This part-time key holder role focuses on motivating the team to exceed sales targets while delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and staying current with Oakley’s offerings.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure positive interactions and uphold company customer service initiatives.
• Assist with processing, restocking, and monitoring in-store inventory.
• Maintain floor movement, merchandising, displays, and overall store cleanliness, including the warehouse.
• Organize the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling, logical placement, and cleanliness.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven track record of achieving top results in individual sales performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and cash registers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor or warehouse.
• Capability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.59 – $25.63 per hour. Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be eligible for a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
