WE LOVE OUR WORK. Summary The Asian Specialty Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Asian cuisine, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards. This role maintains kitchen operations, supports culinary staff, and delivers excellent guest dining experiences. Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes according to recipes and quality standardsEnsure proper portioning, presentation, and plating of all menu itemsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations and kitchen equipmentMonitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to managementFollow food safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines at all timesCollaborate with culinary team to maintain consistent menu qualityAssist with training and mentoring of junior kitchen staffParticipate in menu development, recipe testing, and daily specials as neededAdhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and standards of excellence BRING US YOUR BEST.
