Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate degree in business management or a related field, or completion of an administrative assistant program.
- At least two years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting more than one senior-level manager.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understands DDD, DVR documentation standards, and audit preparation protocols.
- Proficient computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- The ability to exercise professional judgement and industry expertise to complete assignments in a timely, independent manner is required.
Essential Functions
Accurately assess client needs, provide career coaching, and cultivate and maintain strategic employer partnerships.
Directly assist the Director by ensuring timely and sound coordination of services, accurate documentation, and full compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
Assist assigned staff with preparing correspondence, copying, filing, and distributing reports, and coordinating departmental activities and meetings.
Complete all essential and/or special projects as assigned.
Maintain program integrity and support leadership functions and service delivery for individuals.
Provide necessary direction, guidance, and care to service recipients.
Billing Practices
Knowledge of WFD&ES billing practices and involvement in verifying the accuracy of monthly billings and payments.
