Specialist, Video and Photography

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video and Photography Specialist to support the development of visual content for our Medical business.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, organize, and create video and photography projects from beginning to end
• Create engaging photos and videos that clearly communicate key messages to employees, customers and other audiences
• Work with different teams to understand their needs and help bring their ideas to life through visual content
• Make sure all content follows company brand guidelines and is completed on schedule
• Review photos and videos to ensure they meet quality standards and reflect the company's brand
• Follow company policies, procedures, and industry requirements when creating and sharing content
• Look for ways to improve production processes, workflows, and the overall quality of visual content

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's degree in media production, photography, film, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience using cameras, lighting equipment, and basic production tools through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience
• Familiarity with video editing and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, or similar tools)
• Basic understanding of photography, videography, and visual storytelling principles

Preferred

• Minimum 1 year of professional and proven experience in video production and photography, including hands-on shooting and editing

• United States of America Pay Ranges: USN: $59,900 - $83,300 USD
