- Support the National Site Development (NSD) program by sourcing and contracting backhaul connectivity for new cell sites on a continuous weekly cadence
- Contribute to the cell site contract renewal program — managing vendor bids, comparative analysis, and contract execution to drive cost savings
- Maintain and update procurement trackers and contract management systems to ensure accurate, real-time visibility across the portfolio
- Support vendor performance management through business reviews and SLA/billing escalations
- Collaborate closely with Transport Engineering as the primary internal customer
- Other duties and projects as assigned by management
