Do you have a passion for writing and appreciate the process of instructional design? Do you excel at understanding complex and technical concepts and translating them for any audience? The L3Harris Mission Critical Communications Multimedia Training Team has a unique opportunity for a training content writer to develop innovative and customer-focused multimedia products for L3Harris’ end users and employees. The multimedia content writer is the bridge between technical experts and those early in the learning life cycle. The writer will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, graphic designers, and developers to collect technical information, explain learning points, and create use-case scenarios for interactive learning experiences and videos. Candidates should have experience in informative writing, including developing video scripts, and a flair for writing about technical content in a conversational tone. The successful candidate will also have an inventive spirit, sense of humor, and a strong track record of effective teamwork. Creativity and dedication to enhancing learner experience is a must.
