Main purpose of the Specialist, Talent Relations role: The Talent Relations Specialist will support REVOLVE & FWRD's celebrity and stylist partnerships, providing end-to-end management across both internal cross-functional teams and external partners. This role will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for talent and stylist relationships — from initial coordination through contract execution, on-site support at shoots and events, ongoing relationship management and reporting - ensuring every partnership runs smoothly. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Talent & Stylist Network: Identify and recruit key and emerging talent and stylists aligned with REVOLVE & FWRD's brand positioning, staying ahead of cultural and industry trends to build a strong, differentiated partnership pipeline Contracts: Lead negotiation and execution of talent and stylist contracts, including deal terms, usage rights, and deliverables Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with creative, merch, PR, social, legal, and retail teams to coordinate contract deliverables end-to-end, maintaining organized tracking systems and clear timelines to ensure seamless execution across every campaign Product Loans & Placement Tracking: Coordinate clothing loans for talent and stylists, and track celebrity placements Performance Reporting & KPI Management: Own reporting for each talent and stylist partnership, tracking performance against KPIs and providing regular updates to leadership on partnership ROI and program health On-Site Talent Support: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all talent needs — including photoshoots, meetings, and events — ensuring a smooth, professional experience for talent, stylists, and their teams at every touchpoint Process & Relationship Management: Maintain organized documentation and workflows for each partnership, from initial outreach through contract close-out, while managing day-to-day relationship needs and internal team requests Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Organized and detailed oriented: able to manage a high volume of relationships and deliverables Relationship driven: able to build relationships and network with external partners Adaptable in fast paced environment: able to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly Strong communicator: able to work with fluidly across various teams and translate between talent needs and internal process Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree: business, marketing/communications preferred 2-3 years of experience in talent and influencer marketing Demonstrated success recruiting, managing, and optimizing relationships with talent and stylists Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy Experience in budget management and planning Experience reviewing and managing contracts and legal terms within influencer or partnership agreements Preferred Qualifications Google Suite, Excel Social platforms such as Creator IQ, Tribe Dynamics A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
