About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates urgent requests for component information from Business Units and Affiliates
  • Safes and tracks all memos in SharePoint
  • Supports Accounts Payable with invoice discrepancies, works with suppliers and issues memos as required
  • Supports new supplier registration and non-disclosure agreements are completed and filed properly in SharePoint
  • Supports continuous improvement of supplier metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Supports Data Management in cleanup efforts in GPDB
  • Saves and tracks all memos in SharePoint
  • Supports special projects and/or lead/SME for specific functions
  • Supports Supplier Change Request (SCR) process
  • Supports SAP Tool PO process

Requirements

  • An associates degree or equivalent work experience in Automotive or related field
  • At least 2 years of automotive or related experience preferred
  • Application of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
